ORDER ORDER:

All orders will be processed through our website.

 

DELIVERY TIME AND ORDER CONFIRMATION:

All products with stock availability in our warehouse in Sabadell will be delivered immediately. The rest of the orders will be available in approximately one week, except in exceptional cases.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:

There is no minimum order quantity.

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs will be free for all orders over €100.

 

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:

It is the customer's obligation to review and check the merchandise received (product, quality, colour, size and quantity), regardless of where it is received.

CLAIMS:

Claims for incomplete or incorrect orders, as well as defective material, must be communicated to Botiga CES within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order. After this period, the order will be considered accepted for all purposes.

RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the order.

In order to study whether the return is appropriate, the customer must inform Botiga CES in writing of the reason for the return and clearly specify the list of material to be returned (product, colour, size and quantity).

Botiga CES will not assume the costs of transporting the merchandise, when the causes of the return are attributable to the customer.

DURING THE COVID TIMES, RETURNS OF TEXTILE ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN TESTED.

Payments can only be made through PayPal or through the SSL SECURE SHOPPING payment gateway.

TRADEMARKS:

The use or misuse of any of our images without authorization is prohibited and will be prosecuted by law.
